Our Impact on Boston
Each year, we educate and empower thousands of Bostonians to make positive change in their lives and their communities. What does this look like?
- It’s 355 organizations and participants, totaling over 6,000 individuals, signing up to support racial equity as part of our annual United Against Racism campaign.
- It’s a LeadBoston alums putting their newly acquired skills into practice to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion within their workplaces and communities.
- It’s our Advocacy Committee continually working to dismantle the racism, sexism, and cis-sexism ingrained in Boston’s policies and institutions.
