Ready to take your inclusive leadership skills to the next level? Join us virtually and learn about YW Boston’s inclusive leadership program, LeadBoston. 

LeadBoston meets organizations’ demand for more inclusive leadership by equipping mid- to senior-level professionals with the knowledge, skills, and network to propel their leadership and their organization’s success. Representing the gamut of Boston’s professional, racial, ethnic, faith, and gender diversity, LeadBostonians are typically leaders with 15 to 30 years of experience and who have the ability to influence change within their organization.

Join our virtual June 2022 Info Session to learn about how you or your colleagues will gain a deeper understanding of systemic inequities and a greater ability to communicate across differences through LeadBoston.

At this information session, you’ll learn about the logistics, objectives, and outcomes for LeadBoston 2023. YW Boston staff will offer more information about our next LeadBoston cohort and answer your questions about the program. You’ll also hear about the LeadBoston experience from alumni Leslie Aldrich (Class of 2020), Executive Director of the Center for Community Health Improvement at Mass General Hospital, and Michael Gaskins (Class of 2019), Diversity Recruitment Officer at the Boston Fire Department.
