LeadBoston seeks candidates committed to building the skills that will help them drive inclusion-oriented change in the workplace. LeadBoston combines peer learning, facilitated dialogue, and experiential activities to support the leaders and networks that drive inclusive change.
Each LeadBoston cohort is intentionally diverse with respect to race/ethnicity and professional background. All genders are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates are those who have either 15 years of work experience or a high degree of influence in the workplace.
