Erika currently serves as InclusionBoston Manager for small to medium organizations. She brings a blend of experience in both higher education and the nonprofit sector. Her previous positions include jobs and internships at Year Up Greater Boston, Surviving in Numbers, Brandeis University, and Tufts University.
Erika finished her Master of Public Policy and Education Specialist degrees at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently working toward a PhD in Social Justice Education. Her current research explores conflict and facilitation in intergroup dialogue across race and gender. Previously, she studied transracial adoption, kinship, and identity at Hampshire College and presented that research at a variety of conferences – up to and including the most recent in-person International Conference on Adoption Research in Montréal.
When she is not working, Erika enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and playing ultimate frisbee.
