Morgan joined YW Boston in August 2016 to support the Chief Program Officer and the programs team. In addition to supporting programs, she currently manages the YW Boston Advocacy Committee in order to advance a strategic advocacy agenda that promotes racial and gender equity in Boston.
Morgan graduated from Connecticut College in May 2016 with a B.A. in History with a concentration in Latin American education systems. She studied human rights education and social change in Santiago, Chile and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to joining YW Boston, Morgan interned at two other nonprofit organizations, Facing History and Ourselves in NYC and Mayan Families in Panajachel, Guatemala, where she witnessed the powerful impact nonprofits have in challenging the status quo.
