WHO WE ARE

Robyn Gibson is a Boston native and a Mattapan resident. She has ten years of experience working with nonprofit organizations on development, fundraising, strategy, and equity and inclusion. She is currently the Program Manager for InclusionBoston.

Before joining YW Boston, Robyn was the founder and principal consultant for REG Solutions. She was able to develop partnerships and funding for projects, execute health campaigns, and build and lead research teams. Her expertise is in working with organizations on needs assessments and resource development. Robyn has consulted with Conservation Law Foundation, Mattapan Food and Fitness Coalition, CNOP, Project Bread, and directed United Way programs. She was instrumental in receiving funding from Boston Children’s Hospital and the Trefler Foundation for her client organizations. She was a Director of Diversity for Commonwealth School and co-founded a campus-wide Social Justice Initiative that developed a cultural center at her alma mater Hamilton College.
