Ronald Harvey joined YW Boston in January 2021 serving as the Executive / Organization Assistant. He is the behind the scene guru supporting our leadership team and Board members. Ronald is committed to being a champion for social change and prides himself on being an individual with a team mindset.
Ronald brings his recent experience from Framingham Public Schools where he was the assistant office manager for one of the district middle schools. While serving as the assistant office manager, Ronald organized and led several after school clubs focusing on engaging the youth with arts. Ronald has collaborated with several artists and teamed up to host events and workshops focusing on connecting the youth with the local arts community. Ronald also finds time to connect and build relationships through his personal food blog (Secure The Plate), creating virtual cooking lessons for young children and sharing personal tips from his experiences working in a commercial kitchen.
Prior to his position in Framingham Public Schools, Ronald served as an Operation Associate with The Achievement Network. During his time with The Achievement Network, Ronald supported the organization’s quick expansion by helping procure and launch several out-of-state network offices and aided in creating best practices around office management and supply budgeting.
Growing up in Southern California, Ronald is a transplant to the New England region. Ronald graduated from Franklin Pierce College in the spring of 2004 with a degree in English and Graphic Communications.
