Blair is a Senior Benefits Consultant at Innovo Benefits Group, where she specializes in designing and implementing strategic benefits solutions that better align organizations with employees’ diverse needs. With a strong background in the employee benefits space, Blair is dedicated to helping employers create a balanced benefits strategies that not only enhances employee satisfaction and well-being, but positions employers competitively within their industry.  Blair holds an MBA with a concentration in project management, providing a strong foundation in strategic thinking and client service.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys cooking and exploring the local food scene during travels, as well as hiking and spending time outdoors.
