Jen Kincaid

Jen Kincaid (she/her/they) is a healthcare executive at Beth Israel Lahey Health, leading work at the intersection of culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across one of New England’s largest health systems. With more than 20 years of experience spanning public health, state policy, and care delivery, Jen is recognized for translating equity into operational practice that uplifts system-level change. Grounded by a structural and restorative lens, Jen advises executive leaders on strategic initiatives and decision-making that strengthens trust and accountability across institutional and community settings. She brings both subject matter expertise and lived experience to this work, with prior collaborations including Mass General Brigham, the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, the Executive Office for Health and Human Services, and Fenway Health. A lifelong learner rooted in joy and justice, Jen is a Columbia University graduate and Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholar. Her work is guided by the belief that meaningful impact is achieved through everyday acts of equity, care, and collective responsibility.
