As Associate Director of Consulting and Training, Kathleen partners with organizations to foster inclusive, equity-driven cultures through tailored consulting, facilitation, and coaching. Her current work spans organizational discovery processes, dialogue facilitation, curriculum development, and strategic guidance on culture and systems change related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Kathleen brings a dynamic and relational approach to her consulting work, helping clients navigate complex conversations around identity, power, privilege, and systemic oppression.

Prior to YW Boston, Kathleen spent a decade in higher education designing community engagement and leadership development programs rooted in anti-racist, intersectional frameworks; establishing racial and gender equity initiatives; and working on civic and voter engagement initiatives. Across all contexts, she centers community voices and prioritizes equity-focused capacity building.

Kathleen holds a Master of Public Administration degree, with a focus in Nonprofit Management, from Villanova University. When not working, she can be found exploring the outdoors with her family and friends.
