Yasmari Barros is a seasoned property management professional who currently serves as Regional Manager at Maloney Properties, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of housing communities and leads strategic initiatives to elevate operational excellence. With more than 15 years of experience in the property management industry, Yasmari has built a respected reputation for advancing community-focused housing solutions and empowering teams to deliver exceptional service. 

Throughout her career, Yasmari has collaborated closely with clients, property owners, and community partners to design and implement strategic plans that strengthen neighborhoods and enhance resident well-being. Her leadership emphasizes accountability, equitable access to quality housing, and the creation of environments where individuals and families can thrive. 

A recognized expert in regulatory compliance, Yasmari is highly skilled in administering and guiding programs such as LIHTC, Section 8, and bond-financed housing. Her deep understanding of affordable housing regulations ensures that communities remain compliant, financially sound, and aligned with state and federal requirements. 

Yasmari earned her Bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs from the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her academic background reflects her dedication to excellence and her commitment to understanding the social, economic, and cultural systems that shape communities. Her professional mission is deeply rooted in service, empowerment, and the belief that quality housing is a foundation for opportunity.
