YWCA's Women's Empowerment 360° (WE360) program is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, and confidence to start and grow successful businesses. YW Boston is proud to join in on this mission to create a world where every woman entrepreneur is seen the way we see them: Equal. Powerful. Unstoppable. 

Through the WE360, aspiring and current women entrepreneurs of color will gain foundational skills and practical tools to develop and implement a successful business plan.  

Who This Program is for:  

WE360 welcomes all aspiring, early-stage, and established women entrepreneurs—especially women of color— who are looking to launch, formalize, strengthen, or grow their business, and share YW Boston’s vision of eliminating racism and empowering women.

What You’ll Get:

  • A supportive community of peers and industry leaders. 
  • Resources, events, and opportunities to advance your business and visibility. 

You’ll Leave With:  

  • A stronger understanding of the basics of starting and running a business.  
  • Practical tools such as a basic business plan, marketing plan, and clear description of their product or service.  
  • Clear next steps. Participants will leave the program with a realistic action plan outlining specific goals and steps to move their business forward.  

Program Commitment:  

WE360 starts with 8 weeks of foundational learning, beginning with a 2-hour in-person orientation and followed by weekly 1-hour virtual sessions, plus about 1.5 hours of independent work each week. After the coursework, participants continue through November 2026, participating in coaching sessions, attending at least one speaker event, and working on business goals.  

Part 1: Coursework (8 Weeks)
  • 2-hour in-person orientation
  • 7 weeks of virtual sessions and independent work (weekly 1-hour meetings and 1.5 hours personal coursework)
Part 2: Post-Coursework Engagement (through November)
  • Attend at least one coaching session
  • Join at least one speaker event
  • Continue working on business goals
