Leadership Commitments
Between now and October, each of you is tasked with identifying a Leadership Commitment to be completed after graduation. During the October program day, you will share your commitment with your colleagues. More information will be shared during our Advance.
LeadBoston staff will follow-up twice – at 6 and 12 months after graduation – to track outcomes and offer support.
