Welcome, LeadBoston Class of 2022!
Here you can access important information and documents such as frameworks, program day agendas, and readings. Reference this page throughout our year to access the key resources and materials that accompany each program day.
You’ll have access to a class directory and be able to discuss and share your thoughts on pre-work and program days with your classmates.
Program Day Schedule and Materials
*LeadBoston 2022 will be hybrid, starting virtually for January-March, and
tentatively transitioning to in-person for the remainder of the year. This is subject to change based on safety and space considerations, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible. In the event that a tentatively in-person programming event becomes virtual there will be a mandatory Continuing the Conversation during that month. We highly recommend holding all dates on your calendar. The full calendar can be found here.

March 9th, 9am-pm (Virtual)- Education
March 16th, 12pm- 1:30 pm (Virtual)- Continuing the Conversation
April 13th, 9am-5pm (Tentatively In-Person)- Exploring Boston’s Neighborhoods
May 11th, 9am-5pm, (Tentatively In-Person) – Immigration
June 8th, 9am-5pm, (Tentatively In-Person) – Environmental Justice and Leadership Commitments
July 13th, 9am-5pm, (Tentatively In-Person) – Healthcare
August 10th, 9am-5pm, (Tentatively In-Person) -Housing & Transportation
September 9am-5pm, (Tentatively In-Person) -Arrest & Prosecution
October 9am-5pm, (Tentatively In-Person) – Incarceration & Re-entry
November 9am-5pm, (Tentatively In-Person) – Presenting Leadership Commitments
November 5:30pm-7:30pm, (Tentatively In-Person) – Graduation
Between now and November, each of you is tasked with identifying a Leadership Commitment to be completed after graduation. During the October program day, you will share your commitment with your colleagues. More information will be shared during our Advance.
LeadBoston staff will follow-up twice – at 6 and 12 months after graduation – to track outcomes and offer support.
