Dr. Inniss

Dr. Inniss

Dr. Inniss is a pediatrician and researcher whose work bridges science, health equity, and storytelling. She founded eekMD Mini Medical School, a creative health education initiative that helps children and families explore science and healthcare through curiosity and play. Her career spans academic medicine, research, and community-based initiatives, with a consistent focus on racial equity and child and family well-being. As a mixed-methods researcher, she has designed, led, or supported projects for grantees of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, HealthySteps, MIECHV, Embrace Boston, and the Green Ribbon Commission.  Dr. Inniss earned her BA from Brown University, MD from the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, and completed her pediatric residency at Tufts Children’s Hospital.
