Emily serves as G2’s Chief Talent Officer, responsible for all areas of human resources, including hiring, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance, training, leadership development, and most important, the employee experience.

Emily started her career as an employment attorney before moving in house to run talent and administrative functions. She spent her HR profession at a range of investment and consulting firms including; The Baupost Group, Arrowstreet Capital, Altman Solon and most recently, Social Finance, an impact investment & advisory non-profit.

Emily received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University and her law degree from Georgetown. She volunteers with several local Boston organizations including CJP, ADL, the Brookline Food Pantry and her temple. In addition to her legal & HR roles, Emily has been a cheesemonger, working in restaurants and food speciality stores.

Emily lives outside of Boston with her family and loves to run, read and cook.
