Tanyshia Graves, also known as The People’s Connector, is a Boston native and an emerging leader passionate about empowering and enhancing the Black experience in health, wellness, and professional development. She is a dedicated advocate for creating opportunities and amplifying voices in the Greater Boston area and beyond, with a focus on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare and related fields.

Professionally, Tanyshia serves as a Program Manager at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she leverages her expertise to support impactful initiatives and foster organizational excellence.

In addition to her professional role, Tanyshia has recently launched The People’s Connector, a brand dedicated to helping individuals thrive both professionally and personally. She also serves as an E-Board member of MelanIN Medicine, bringing her passion for community advocacy to life by fostering connections and driving meaningful change.
