Connie Henderson is a Learning and Development expert who thrives on empowering employees through skills development and continuous learning. She excels at fostering a culture of continuous improvement, with a proven track record of transforming learning programs to maximize employee engagement and knowledge retention. In her current role at Mintz, a leading Am Law 100 firm, Connie spearheaded a company-wide learning program transformation and the expansion of e-learning utilization. Prior to Mintz, Connie honed her expertise at Cambridge Public Schools, where she designed and delivered engaging learning experiences, coached educators, and led successful learning initiatives. She is a strong advocate for closing skill gaps and aligning learning programs with organizational objectives and future talent needs.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Connie actively contributes her leadership and expertise to several community organizations. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President at the Junior League of Boston, where she supports a team of six leaders in operationalizing their strategic plan. Additionally, she is an Eastern Region Commissioner for the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women, advocating for improved access and equality for women. Connie is also an Emerging Leader with the Boston Public Library Fund, working to ensure that the Boston Public Library’s programs and resources remain free and accessible to all.
