Ronice Kimbrel

Ronice Kimbrel is the Asset Building Program Manager for the City of Boston’s Tax Help Coalition, where she leads credit-building services and oversees the Financial Check-Up (FCU) program. She manages training and support for staff and volunteers, delivering free, individualized financial assessments that include credit reviews, financial aid advising, and referrals to trusted services for Boston residents. Ronice was instrumental in designing the FCU program’s foundational framework and has successfully secured and managed multiple rounds of grant funding to sustain and expand asset-building initiatives. With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, strategic planning, and workforce development, she has held leadership roles across financial empowerment, organizational management, and DEI strategy.
Ronice holds a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and has completed advanced training in community engagement, leadership, and organizational change. A lifelong Boston resident and Dorchester community member, she remains deeply committed to advancing social equity and economic justice through service and civic leadership.
