Justine Morgan

Justine Morgan is the Suffolk CARES Pantry Coordinator and Case Manager at Suffolk University.  Justine directs comprehensive basic needs efforts on campus, overseeing food and housing security initiatives while managing the daily operations of the food pantry and supervising graduate fellows and student staff. Through solutions-focused methods, strategic partnerships, and individualized case management, Justine also connects students to critical resources and empowers them to achieve stability and academic success. Justine recently graduated Suffolk University with a Master’s in Public Administration and Master of Science in Crime and Justice Studies. During her academic career, Justine’s focus of studies included food and basic need security, food access for college students, impacts of zero tolerance policies within the education system for young Black girls. In 2024, Justine received the Graduate Student Association’s Dean Barabara Erickson Award for her Outstanding Service for Graduate Students. Justine also became the new faculty advisor for Suffolk’s Black Student, to which she received the 2025 Journey Leadership Award for Faculty/Staff Advisor of the Year. Justine also co-leads Suffolk’s Black Faculty and Staff Employee Resource Group. Presently, Justine is also part of the 2025-2026 City of Boston SPARK Council representing the neighborhood of Roxbury.
