Marcella Raines is the Chief of Advocacy and Community Engagement at More Than Words, where she leads youth-centered advocacy efforts focused on racial equity, housing stability, justice system navigation, and community partnerships. With over 30 years of experience working alongside young adults, Marcella is deeply committed to amplifying youth voice and advancing systems-level change that creates real pathways to stability and opportunity.
