Lornece Tull
Lornece Tull: Lornece was raised in the Orchard Park Housing Development, where numerous challenges fueled her unwavering commitment to human services. She is passionately dedicated to empowering individuals, children, and families navigating the judicial system, substance use disorder (SUD), and homelessness, helping them find hope and realize their potential.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston and became a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, in 2001. She further advanced her education by pursuing a Master’s in Education, specializing in Interdisciplinary Studies, at Cambridge College.
In November 2023, she demonstrated her leadership by participating in LeadBoston, YW Boston’s esteemed program that equips professionals with the skills, networks, and tools to promote equity within organizations and communities.
Currently, Lornece is the Director of Credible Messenger for the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS). In this position, she manages a program that connects incarcerated individuals in Massachusetts Department of Correction facilities with mentors who share similar lived experiences, supporting successful reintegration and access to vital community resources.
Residing in Brockton, MA, with her wife and three sons. Lornece remains deeply committed to making a meaningful, lasting impact on the lives of those she serves.
