Nancy Wilsker is a partner in the Boston office of Hinckley Allen, a full-service law firm. Having provided legal counsel to the financial services industry throughout her career, Nancy has extensive experience advising financial services providers and adjacent businesses on regulatory, operational, and risk-management matters. In parallel with her legal practice, Nancy has had a long-standing commitment to equity, education, and the advancement of women. She has served as a member of the Diversity Committee for her current and former law firms and as chair of the Diversity Committee for her former law firm. She has served on the Boards of Engaging Schools (a national organization that worked with educators to create equitable and engaging classrooms), the Boston Bar Association, the Boston Bar Foundation, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network. She is currently the Co-chair of the Boston Bar Foundation’s Grants Committee, which awarded grants for the 2025-26 fiscal year totaling $2,000,000 to support organizations providing access to justice in cases involving housing insecurity, discrimination, public benefits, education, family law, and more. Nancy brings creativity and the ability to focus on practical, pragmatic, and actionable solutions to each of the organizations with which she is involved.
Nancy received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and her law degree from Boston College Law School. When not trying to make the world better, Nancy is trying to make it a little sweeter as a third-generation award-winning jam maker.
