Curated Content Options For SAR 2018
Thank you for taking a STAND with YW Boston! We are excited to introduce you to our 2018 content curators, Saphire Ruiz, Habiba Elfass, Adam Grossman, Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey, Justin Kang, James Le, Vernā Myers, and Sumaiya Zama.
These inspiring individuals have put a lot of thought into sharing content that will help you and your organizations have meaningful conversations on confronting and working together to eliminate racism.
To get started, download and print the YW Boston Stand Against Racism 2018 Toolkit. This kit is designed to help you and your groups plan your STAND and organize your vision for an engaging and successful learning experience. We encourage you to find creative ways to use the toolkit with your community. Decide on a starting date in April to gather your groups and choose one or more of our curated content pathway to explore.
We strongly recommend that you share snapshots of your progress on social media, using the hashtags #BostonRacialEquity and #iPledge2SAR @YWBoston. Our communications team will be actively monitoring these hashtags and sending shout outs to all of the participants who decide to take a public Stand Against Racism. Additionally, we will be compiling a video montage that includes clips and photos submitted by you and your groups. So please share group photos, activity videos and snapshots and any other multimedia content to help amplify our collective STAND.
Help us spread the word and register as many people as possible throughout the month of April. The more people we can convene to take a STAND, the more of an impact we can have in our city. Thanks again for committing to eliminating racism and building equity for all!
