Susan-Windham-Bannister, AWA ’97

Dr. Susan Windham-Bannister is the first President and CEO of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC), the quasi-public organization charged with administering a 10-year Life Sciences Initiative enacted by the state legislature in June 2008. Under Susan’s leadership, the Center has thus far invested or committed more than $467 million in state funding and leveraged more than $1.2 billion in matching investment capital that is projected to create thousands of new jobs in Massachusetts.
