The Eos Foundation, together with co-hosts Heather Campion, Evelyn Murphy, Linda Whitlock, AmplifyLatinx, Boston Women Leaders Network, Massachusetts Women’s Forum, The Boston Club, The Partnership, and YW Boston, invites you to a luncheon where the first annual Women’s Power Gap in Corporate Massachusetts Survey and Rankings will be released. Following a presentation of findings, Eos President Andrea Silbert will facilitate a panel discussion of leading business women sharing their personal experiences and offering solutions to greatly accelerate the percentage of women and people of color serving as CEOs and at the executive management level in our state’s top companies.
Panelists include: Deborah Jackson, President of Cambridge College and lead director of Eastern Bank, Pam Reeve, former CEO of Lightbridge and lead director of American Tower Corporation, and Carol Sanchez, founder of Sanchez & Santiago and director of Main Street Bank. Massachusetts Secretary of Labor Rosalin Acosta will offer opening remarks.
