Everett Shorey
Everett Shorey joined YW Boston in 2020 to bring expertise in strategy and change management to InclusionBoston and other programs and to assist in business development.
Everett comes to YW Boston following a volunteer consulting project sponsored by the Harvard Business School alumni CAP program focused on expanding InclusionBoston into the private sector. He found the experience transformative and sought to bring his experience to YWBoston.
Prior to YW Boston, Everett had a 40+ year career as a strategy, organization and change management consultant with both private sector and nonprofit clients. He has had a solo consulting practice, was a Director and Corporate Vice President at Arthur D. Little, and a Senior Consultant at Root Cause, a strategy firm for nonprofits. In addition, he is on the advisory boards of MLPB and Data Collaborative and is an elected Commissioner of the Block Island Utility District. He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Philosophy from Yale University.
