Section I: DEI Frameworks
Participants develop a shared understanding of key concepts about organizational change and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) necessary for creating a more inclusive workplace.

Section II: Organizational Assessment
Participants learn to identify stages of organizational change and DEI journeys.

Section III: Components of Organizational Change
Facilitators introduce tools, frameworks, and best practices for achieving organizational change in the workplace.

Section IV: Applied Learning
Participants harness skills and strategies for planning and setting goals to reduce inequity in systemic and cultural policies and practices.
